When the sub floor product recommended by a contractor was unsuitable, he researched and sourced a suitable alternative product and arranged it to be fitted. The extra work he continuously put in resolving problems, due to other contractors, was well beyond his remit and is so very much appreciated. So as you can tell, I highly recommend the team! Dave for his perseverance and his support, working with me through the whole process. Katherine for her exceptional design and counselling skills, keeping me calm through the stress lol.
